Currently, we are not supporting upgrades and payments from our website. However, once you provide an upgrade request, our Sales will contact you within 24 business hours and proceed with your upgrade request.
Can I have Fello account if I'm a single agent?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't 100% satisfied, you may downgrade at any time. When a team downgrades, it retains its features until the end of its prepaid service period.

Each Fello Plan comes with a different number of included Marketing contacts.
Professional Plan: includes 1,000 Marketing contacts

You can purchase additional Marketing contacts any time.

What are Marketing contacts, and how does pricing work?
These contacts count toward your paid contact tier and can be enrolled with nurturing emails. You can store your non-marketing contacts in the Fello platform for free, up to a limit of 10 million overall contacts. However, you cannot automate non-marketing contacts with email nurturing campaigns.
When you purchase your plan, you’ll have the opportunity to set your contact tier. However, once you select a contact tier, you cannot downgrade until your contract renews.
