Real Seller and Real Buyer metrics are based on Fello's Property Intelligence.
Navigating and understanding these segments in Fello helps you gain crucial insights about your listings and enhances your real estate transactions. Learn more about Real Sellers and Property Intelligence.

To access these segments:

Go to Contacts.

Note: Make sure that you've added MLS details for your team first, as it is required to enable Property Intelligence.

Click on the Real Seller or Real Buyer segment under Standard segments.

Your contacts will now be filtered according to the chosen segment. You can also hover on the Price History to view details like when a particular property was marked as a real seller or real buyer, and the reason for it.
