Learn about mortgage automations in Fello, and how to enable them.
Fello's Smart Automations, which are designed to put your marketing efforts on autopilot, include some mortgage-specific campaigns that utilize the already available mortgage information of your contacts' properties. Here's how to find and use these automations:
- Go to Marketing > Automations.
- Navigate to the Smart Automations tab. You'll find the following automations under Lead Generation.
Note: The Home Value Digest email automation was updated to include a Current Mortgage Rate email as part of its series. If you've been using this automation from before it was updated, then you can turn it off and and on again to receive this update.

| Refinance Opportunity Alert | This automation sends a targeted email series to homeowners with higher mortgage interest rates, showcasing the benefits of refinancing. |
| Just Listed: Get Pre-Approved | This automation guides homeowners who recently listed their property toward mortgage pre-approval, emphasizing competitive rates and a simplified process with actionable insights. |
| Current Mortgage Rate Digest | This automation sends emails encouraging homeowners to explore their personalized dashboard for current mortgage rates and market insights, helping them make informed refinancing, buying, or selling decisions. |
- Click Use Automation near the automation that you want to use.
- Click Use Automation again.
- Enter a name for the automation.
- Click Save.
- Review the automation and click Turn On Automation.

Your mortgage automation is now active! You can keep tabs on it by viewing the automation's performance at any time.
