Easily navigate your contact list with search and sort features.
How to search your contact list:
Go to the Contacts tab and enter the name of the contact you want to view in the search bar.
How to sort your contact list:
Sort alphabetically
View your contacts from A to Z by clicking the gray arrow next to Contact Details so that it is pointing up.
To view contacts from Z to A, click the gray arrow next to Contact Details so that it is pointing down.
Sort by time since last activity
To view contacts with the most recent activity at the top of the list, click the gray arrow next to Last Activity so that it is pointing down.
To view contacts with the least recent activity at the top of the list, click the gray arrow next to Last Activity so that it is pointing up.
Sort by number of Engage email opens
To view contacts with the most amount of email opens at the top of the list, click the gray arrow next to Opens so that it is pointing down.
To view contacts with the least amount of email opens at the top of the list, click the gray arrow next to Opens so that it is pointing up.
Sort by number of Engage email clicks
To view contacts with the most amount of email clicks at the top of the list, click the gray arrow next to Clicks so that it is pointing down.
To view contacts with the most amount of email clicks at the top of the list, click the gray arrow next to Clicks so that it is pointing up.
