How to change the assigned agent of multiple contacts

You can change the assigned agent of multiple contacts at once so that the correct agent will be notified of all contact activity.

Step 1: 

Go to the Contacts tab and select the contacts you want to change the assigned agent for by clicking the boxes on the left side.

Step 2: 

Click Change Agent on the top right.

Step 3: 

Choose the new agent from the dropdown menu and Save.

All selected contacts will now be assigned to the agent that you chose.
