How to add additional email addresses

Learn about the various ways in which you can add additional emails addresses for your contacts in Fello.

Contacts in Fello can have 1 primary email address and up to 4 additional email addresses.  

(The primary email address will be used for emails sent from Fello. You can change additional email addresses to primary at any time. Learn more.) 

You can add additional email addresses in 3 ways: 


1. By updating existing contacts in Fello:

    • Go to the Contacts module and select a contact.
    • Click the Edit (Pencil) icon near the primary email address.

    • Click Add Email.

    • Enter an email address. 
    • Click Save.
2. While importing contacts:
    • Go to the Contacts module.
    • Click Import.
    • Click Download Sample File to check the required format. (You can include additional emails in your import file in the Additional Email 1, Additional Email 2, Additional Email 3, and Additional Email 4 columns.)
    • Import your contacts into Fello with your additional emails. Learn more about importing contacts.

      Pro Tip: If you want to add additional emails for multiple contacts at the same time, you can export your current contacts, add the additional emails to the export file, and then import it back into Fello.
3. Via CRM integration:

If you’ve integrated with your CRM, you can change your configuration to map the additional email address fields in your CRM with the additional email address fields in Fello to keep them both in sync. (Please contact us at support@hifello.com if you need help with this.)
