Fello's onboarding experience takes about two weeks from start to finish. Your Fello Advisor will customize onboarding to your team's preferences and provide support in getting your account up and running.
Overview of the onboarding process:
1. Onboarding Call
Schedule a 30 minute call with your Fello Advisor prior to your Launch Date to align on strategy and provide information needed to begin implementation. A scheduling link can be found in the email from your Fello Advisor titled "Welcome to Fello!"
2. Account Set-Up
You will receive an email from Fello inviting you to create your profile (please look for this email in spam or promotions if you cannot find it in your inbox). Complete your account by venturing to Settings at the top right and filling in the information under the Profile, Account, and Marketing sections. The Team Logo should be an original high-resolution PNG file that will be used to brand the user experience across the submission and home value pages. 3. Website & CRM Integrations
After the Onboarding call, our support team will help facilitate adding the Fello journey to your website and connecting your CRM so that leads can flow back and forth seamlessly.
4. Users & Engage Email Campaigns
Based on the Engage strategy that will be discussed on your Onboarding call, you will need to invite new users to your account and import your contacts for the email campaigns.
