It enriches a contact record with missing addresses so that we can use the property address during marketing. Having the additional enriched property information helps in higher inboxing and more leads. Without complete address information, the full spectrum of Fello's Data Intelligence features remains inaccessible. This limitation prevents users from leveraging our data-driven automations, which are essential for maximizing efficiency and engagement in customer interactions.

Success Criteria

To ensure the highest rate of success for enrichment, your contacts should contain at least one of the following combinations of data:

  • Email Address 

    (or)
  • First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number

The enrichment match rate may vary from 60-75%, depending on your contact’s data. 

How to Enable Enrichment?

Step 1: Access the Billing Screen

To activate the Enrichment Add-On, start by navigating to the Billing screen in your Fello account. This feature is exclusively available to users with access to Billing settings, ensuring secure and authorized activation.

Step 2: Visit the Add-Ons Section

Within the Billing area, you'll find a new section dedicated to Add-Ons. Here, you can explore the various enhancements available for your account, including the Contact Enrichment feature.

Step 3: Understand the Value

Before enabling the Add-On, you can click on 'What is Enrichment' to understand the value it brings to your business, and the cost involved. This ensures you make an informed decision, understanding the benefits it offers to your operations.

Step 4: Activate the Feature

Once you're ready, you can activate the Address Enrichment Add-On with a simple toggle. The system will then automatically begin the process of enriching your contacts, utilizing credits for successful updates.
