How to configure enrollment for criteria-based workflows
Learn how to configure enrollment preferences for workflows, and how Fello calculates the number of contacts to be newly enrolled in a workflow.
When you turn on a workflow with a criteria-based trigger, you will be prompted to configure how you want to enroll contacts.
Here, you will be able to review how many people will be enrolled in it newly.
Note: This number does not represent all contacts who currently meet the trigger criteria, here's why:
- Previous Enrollments: If you're turning on an inactive workflow, some contacts might have been enrolled before but didn’t finish the workflow. These contacts are still part of the workflow but aren’t counted to be newly enrolled.
- Previous Completions: If you have disabled the option show below, then contacts who completed the workflow before won't be enrolled again.
Next, you can select an enrollment preference, and proceed to turn on the workflow.
Your workflow has now been turned on. You can learn more about workflows from our help article.
