CLEVELAND – January 26, 2021 – FlashHouse, a Cleveland-based real estate startup, announced today that it has named Bryan Peterson as the company’s director of construction, effective immediately.

Instead of listing a home traditionally and experiencing the hassle of open houses and multiple offers, FlashHouse provides an innovative, streamlined virtual offer process allowing homeowners to skip the stress of selling their home. As part of the FlashHouse model, the company handles minor repairs and renovations to ease the burden on the seller. In his new role, Peterson will lead construction operations on all renovation projects before FlashHouse-owned homes hit the market for resale.

“We are thrilled to welcome Bryan to our team,” said Co-Founder Stephen London. “His knowledge and expertise in the construction space is a valuable addition for FlashHouse and will allow us to continue to grow as we expand into additional markets in 2021.”

Peterson has over 7 years of experience in the field and has helped build several hundred homes in the Northeast Ohio area.

“FlashHouse offers a unique home selling experience to our customers and I look forward to contributing to our mission,” said Peterson. “Providing quality repairs and addressing missed maintenance eliminates hassle for the seller and ensures the home is ready for the next buyer."

Peterson holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management from Kent State University, as well as a master’s degree in real estate from Georgetown University.

He also holds a Graduate Master Builder and a Certified Graduate Builder certification from the National Association of Home Builders.
