Where do replies to Engage emails go?

Engage email replies go directly to the inbox of the contact's assigned agent.

If the contact that replies is not assigned to an agent in Fello Connect, the reply will go to the email address in your Account Signature. This is typically a team's shared inbox.

You can add additional emails(upto 2 emails) which will also be copied in the email along with the contact owner. To add these emails, go to Engage within Marketing tab.

Add the emails here and click on Save changes.
