The Fello 2.0 update introduces the innovative Contact List View. This feature provides an integrated perspective of both contact and associated property details, making it significantly easier for real estate agents to view and understand their data in one consolidated place.

Value Proposition:

In the real estate realm, time is of the essence. Fello 2.0's new Contact List View presents an unparalleled blend of contact and property data, offering agents a clear snapshot of their connections and their associated real estate.

  • Streamlined Workflow: No more juggling between tabs or files. One glance provides a comprehensive view, saving you valuable time and reducing the chance of oversight.

  • Personalized Interactions: With instant access to a contact's property portfolio, agents can craft more tailored and impactful conversations and marketing campaigns.

  • Data-Driven Excellence: The unified view enhances the depth of insights, enabling agents to make sharper, more informed decisions.

  • Enhanced Client Relations: By understanding the complete landscape of a contact's property interactions, agents can offer more targeted advice and support, solidifying trust and fostering stronger relationships.

Understanding Records in the Contact List View:

  • Each record represents a unique combination of contact and property.
  • If a contact has no property, it's counted as 1 record, and vice versa.
  • Multiple properties under one contact are considered separate records for each property.

The Contact Record View:

  1. 1st column: Displays the Contact Name. An Email and Phone icon which, when clicked, reveal the email and phone details. It also shows the date the contact was added, the source of the contact, and any tags linked.
  2. 2nd column: Submission data. This reveals the latest form submission, the time of this submission, and a total count of submissions. Clicking on the total will present detailed submission history.
  3. 3rd column: Last Engagement data highlights recent interactions such as Email Clicks or Postcard Scans, their respective times, and a total engagement count. Clicking on this total reveals all engagement details.
  4. 4th column: Marketing data. Check if marketing is activated for the contact and view metrics like email opens, clicks, and postcard scans.
  5. 5th column: Shows the agent assigned to the contact.
  6. Actions: At the end of the contact row, three dots lead to a menu where user can do a host of actions including Change Agent, Update Record Status, Copy Contact Details, Add tags, Remove tags and Delete Contact.

The Property Record View:

  1. 1st column: Displays the Property Address.
  2. 2nd column: Propensity Score (color-coded from high to low propensity).
  3. 3rd column: Price History which shows the last Real estate transaction for the property such as Sold, Active, Pending, Expired, Deleted with the source of the transaction such as MLS or PR, last transaction price and last transaction date
  4. 4th column: Reveals the Equity of the property (home value minus the mortgage left).
  5. 5th column: Shows the Estimated Home Value.
  6. 6th column: Features a heart icon. Clicking it adds the property to "Saved Properties".
  7. Actions: The three dots at the row's end allow users to do a host of actions such as Preview Contact Dashboard, Copy Dashboard URL, Sold/No Longer Owns(this disassociated the property from the contact), and Delete Property.

Search, Sort, and Filter:

Agents have the capability to:

  • Search directly for properties or contacts.
  • Sort using various contact and property fields.

  • Implement filters based on distinct contact and property attributes.

Segments and Lists:

On the left-hand column:

  • Find and click on "Saved Properties".
  • Access default segments which includes All Contacts, Seller/Cash Offer Leads, Home Value Leads, CMA/Callback leads, High Propensity, Expired, Real Sellers.
  • View and select from user-created segments and lists, revealing contacts and properties within.

Conclusion:

The new Contact List View in Fello 2.0 is more than just a feature; it's a transformative tool for real estate agents who need instant access to combined data.
