Lead generation through Postcard QR code scans for Reengagement Sequence for Drop-Off Visitors

This article provides a comprehensive guide on accessing and reviewing leads originating from postcards for drop off visitors, detailing the process of lead submission via QR code scanning and where to locate these generated leads.

1. How Home Value leads are submitted through a Postcard 

  • After a contact is enrolled in automation and progresses through actions, they receive a physical postcard at their address. The contact can then scan the QR code present on both the front and back of the postcard.

  • Upon scanning the QR code on a postcard, contacts are prompted to confirm their address. If the address is incorrect, they can edit the address by clicking on "Not yours? Add New"

  • Subsequently, contacts are required to provide basic information, including their name, email, and phone number.
  • After completing these details, contacts are directed to their dashboard, enabling them to view their Home Value. Agents can access and review these opportunities within Fello Connect as Home Value leads.

2. View Home Value leads generated from Postcards in Fello Connect:

  • Log in to the platform and access the Postcard block by scrolling down on the Home page.
  • Scans represent the total number of times the QR code was scanned, whereas Leads indicate instances where a Contact completed the address confirmation form and accessed their dashboard. Click on the number of scans or leads to access the Contact list.
  • For an overview of metrics like views, scans, and leads associated with each postcard, navigate to the 'Postcard' section located within the Marketing Tab.
