Fello can provide you with a cash offer for properties in northeast Ohio. You can request, view, and publish the offer from your dashboard.
Request a cash offer from Fello:
Step 1:
From the Contacts tab, search for the contact that you want to request a cash offer for and click into the contact page.
Step 2:
Click on the property you want to request the offer for. All associated properties for that contact will be on the right.
If the subject property is not yet associated with the contact, add the property that you will be requesting an offer for by clicking +New Property.
Enter the property address and click Save.
Step 3:
After choosing the correct property, you will be taken to the property page. Click Request New Offers in the middle of the page.
Step 4:
From the popup window, choose how home details for the property will be provided. To request that the seller complete the Fello form submission journey, click Request Seller.
An automated email will be sent to the seller with a link to the form. You have the option to edit the email text if you choose. Click Send Email to Seller.
If you want to enter the seller's home details for them, click Enter Home Details.
You will be taken to the Fello form submission journey so that you can enter the seller's home details for them.
Step 5:
Once home details are submitted, you will be able to see the status of Fello's offer in the middle of the page.
View the cash offer:
When the offer is ready, it will appear in the middle Incoming Offers section of the page.
Click on the offer to view a detailed breakdown. The seller does not have visibility into the offer at this point - you as the agent control when the offer is published to the seller. To proceed with creating the offer and publishing it to the seller, click Create Offer for Seller.
