How to view contacts that have unsubscribed from Engage emails

You can easily find which contacts have unsubscribed from Engage emails if they have chosen not to receive them.

Go to the Engage tab and view Contacts.

Click the Unsubscribed filter to view contacts that have unsubscribed from Engage emails.

You can also view contacts that have unsubscribed in the Contacts tab by selecting Filters.

Filter for Last Activity and select Contact unsubscribed from Engage.
