How to view the performance of contact dashboard

Learn how to view metrics like conversion rates and engagement for the contact dashboard

You can monitor the performance of the contact dashboard and how the modules and CTA's in the Contact Dashboard are performing. To do this: 

  • Go to Marketing > Contact Dashboard. By default the metrics of dashboard performance for last 30 days will be displays in the page.
  • Click on the Default Dashboard.
  • Select the date range for which you want to view the performance. 

You will see a comprehensive overview of the dashboard's performance for the specified date range. This includes engagement metrics such as the total number of dashboard views, clicks on the CTAs within the dashboard, and the number of leads submitted through the dashboard.

Additionally, a chart will display the leads generated from the dashboard.

The final graph provides insights into the performance of each module within the dashboard. By hovering over the bars representing each module, you can access detailed information about the clicks on the CTAs associated with that module. If a module contains multiple CTAs, the breakdown will indicate the number of clicks for each individual CTA.
