How to view assigned/unassigned lead activity from the dashboard
Learn how to filter leads and metrics on the dashboard based on assigned users. This guide also covers how to find unassigned contacts.
You can filter lead activity on the dashboard based on unassigned contacts or contacts that are assigned to a particular user. To do this:
- Go to Fello’s Home dashboard.
- Click the user filter in the top-right corner.
- Select the user whose assigned contacts you want to view. (You can select multiple users here too.)
- Select whether you want to view unassigned contacts. (You could also choose to filter by unassigned contacts alone, without selecting any users.)
Note: To search for unassigned contacts, users must either have access to all contacts, or access to unassigned contacts. Learn more.
The metrics and lead activity on your dashboard will now reflect your selected filters.
To view all lead activity again, go back to the filter and select Clear All.
