How to update your payment method

Updating your payment method in Fello is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through each step to ensure that your payment information is current and accurate.

To manage your payment methods: 

  • Go to Settings > Billing.

    Prerequisite: You must have access to Billing settings in Fello. 
  • Click Manage Payment from the top-right corner. 

  • Click Add New or select an existing payment method to make changes to it. 

  • Enter your card details and click Add or Update

  • Select whether you want this payment method to be the Primary or Backup. 



    Note: The backup payment method will be used in case the primary one cannot be charged.
