Update your payment method from your Fello account

Updating your payment method in Fello is a straightforward process. This guide will walk you through each step to ensure that your payment information is current and accurate.

Steps to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Log in to Your Fello Account: Start by logging into your Fello account with your username and password. 

  2. Navigate to Settings: Once logged in, navigate to 'Settings' option by clicking on the Profile image icon in the top right hand corner and clicking on Settings.

  3. Access Billing Information: In the Settings menu, select 'Billing'. This will take you to the section where you can manage your financial information. You can only access Billing screen if you are the owner for the account.

  4. Manage Payment Method: Under Billing, find and click on 'Manage Payment'. This will redirect you to a hosted Fello page where you need to enter your email id and enter the password sent to your email id to continue.

  5. Enter New Payment Details: Once logged in, you can add a new credit card or update your existing card details. Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

  6. Save Changes: After entering your new payment details, Click on Update. or Add to save your new Payment Info.

  7. Confirmation: Once saved, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that your payment method has been updated successfully.
