You can edit the home value that is published on a seller's Home Value Dashboard to ensure that it is as accurate as possible.
Step 1:
Go to the Contacts tab, and search for the seller that you want to edit the home value for.
Step 2:
Click on the property that you want to edit the home value for.
Step 3:
Click on the Edit button next to the Estimated Home Value of the property.
Step 4:
Enter the new home value number that you want the seller to see in their Home Value Dashboard. Click Save to publish.
Step 5:
You can also choose to notify the seller that their home value has changed via email. Click the box next to Notify Seller via Email. Edit the email subject line and text as you see fit.
Click Save & Notify Seller once complete.
Step 6:
Click Home Dashboard on the top right to view the seller's Home Value Dashboard.
The new home value number will be visible.
