How to update home value for a contact

You can edit the home value that is published on a contact's Home Value Dashboard to ensure that it is as accurate as possible.

Step 1:

Go to the Contacts tab, and search for the seller that you want to edit the home value for and click on the property. This will open up the property pop-up.

Step 2:

Click on the Edit Home Value.

Step 3:

Enter the new home value number that you want the contact to see in their Home Value Dashboard. Click Save to publish.

Step 5:

You can also choose to notify the contact that their home value has changed via email. Click the box next to Notify Seller via Email. Edit the email subject line and text as you see fit. 

Click Save & Notify Seller once complete.

Step 6:

Click Preview Dashboard as shown below.

The new home value number will be visible.
