How to update home value for a contact

Learn how to manually update the home value for a contact's property.

Manually updating your contact's home value can be useful when you want to change the default AVM value, or when a contact asks you to update their home's value. Here's how to do this: 

• Go to Contacts.
• Search for a contact and select a property.
  
  
• Click Add Home Value in the Home Value section.
  
  
  
  
  
• Update the home value as required.
  
  
  
  
• Choose whether you want to notify your contact via email about the updated home value. (You can preview and customize this email after you've selected this option.)
  
  
• Click Save / Save & Notify Contact.

The adjusted home value will now reflect in Fello and in your contact's dashboard.
