      How to view the performance of individual emails and postcards

      Learn how to view metrics like conversion rates, engagement, and deliverability for individual emails and postcards.

      You can monitor the performance of individual emails and postcards that you use in automations. To do this: 

      • Go to Marketing > Emails / Postcards.
      • Click on an email or postcard in either the Smart Content or User Created tab. 
      • Select the date range for which you want to view the performance. 

      You will be able to view a detailed breakdown of how this email or postcard has been performing for the selected date range.


      Tip: If you’re looking for the performance of an email or postcard that is used in a particular automation, you can find it by going to Marketing > Automations. Select an automation. Scroll down to the Content Performance section and select the email or postcard to view its performance.
