How to manage your contact’s communication preferences

Learn how to view whether your contacts are subscribed to your marketing communications, and how to change their communication preferences.

Your contacts in Fello are subscribed to any marketing communications from you by default. This means that they are eligible to be enrolled in any of your marketing communications where they fit the criteria. 

If your contacts do not wish to receive these communications, they can choose to unsubscribe – either by themselves (in the case of emails), or by contacting you.

Here’s how you to view and manage communication preferences for your contacts:

  • Go to Contacts.
  • Select a contact.

    You can view their communication preferences in the Details tab: 



  • Click Manage Preferences to make changes to them.



  • Click on the Communication Status near Email or Direct Mail to toggle between Subscribed/Unsubscribed.
