      How to generate a Fello API key

      Learn how to generate an API key to integrate with custom apps in Fello.

      If you want to connect your Fello account with any of your existing systems (like CRMs) that aren’t supported by direct integrations yet, you can do so by generating a Fello API key to authenticate other systems to access data in Fello. Here’s how: 

      • Go to Settings > Integrations.
      • Click Create Custom App from the top-right corner. 

      • Click Copy to copy Fello’s API key to your clipboard.

         

        Warning: Anyone with this API key can access your Fello account, so don’t share it unless required. 
      • Enter a Name and Description for this custom app. (These details will be used to represent your integration in the Connected Apps section.) 

      • Click Create.

      Now, your custom app has been created and you can use the API key that you copied to authenticate with Fello.
