How to create your own postcards for automations

You can choose Smart Content and User Created content for postcards in automations. 

User Created postcards allow you to select pre-configured content options for various parts of postcards like the headers and subheaders, however this content does not refresh automatically like Smart Content.

Configure User Created Emails


To configure User Created postcards: 

  • Go to Marketing > Postcards.  
  • Navigate to the User Created tab.
  • Click Create New to create a new postcard, or click the Edit (pencil) icon next to an existing postcard. 
  • Select a part of the postcard that you want to customize. 
  • Choose between the available content options. 
  • Customize the Lead Type for this email. When contacts scan the QR code in this email, their lead type in Fello will be categorized based on your selection here. 
  • Click Publish to save your changes. 

Now this postcard can be used in automations, and will be updated in any automations that it’s already used in. 

Clone Postcards

If you want to create similar postcards with only a few changes between them, you can clone an existing postcard and then customize it. To do this: 

  • Click Clone Postcard next to the postcard that you want to clone.
  • Enter a name for the new postcard. 
  • Make changes as required and click Publish.
