How to configure the Selling Options module for Contact Dashboards

Learn how to display multiple selling options using a single module in Contact Dashboards.

The Selling Options module comes with two highly customizable default blocks that can be used to prompt your contacts to list with you or consider a cash offer. Here’s how to configure and enable this module:

  • Go to Marketing > Contact Dashboard
  • Select a dashboard.
  • Click on the Selling Options module from the list of modules on the left.

  • Customize the module as required. Here are some key configurations for this module:
    • Module-Level Filters: You can set module-level filters to show this entire module only to certain contacts.

    • Selling Options: Enable or disable each custom option and use the reorder icon to change their position.

    • AVM Adjustments: Choose whether you want to display an AVM Value or an AVM range.

You can also adjust the default AVM by a percentage. For example, if the AVM Value is $300,000, a +10% adjustment changes it to $330,000. With the AVM Range option, we'll display a range based on AVM confidence, up to ±10% of the adjusted value ($330,000). Keeping it at 0% will use the default values.
    • Button Customization: You can customize how buttons look and where they lead to.

      • Button Type: Choose between a Primary and Secondary style. For example, if you want to add more emphasis on your preferred selling option, you can mark that one as Primary and the others as Secondary.
      • Button Label: Customize the label for this button based on your configured functionality for it.
      • Link To: Choose where this button directs to, it could be one of Fello’s forms, a pop-up form, or even an external URL such as your website.
      • Lead Type: Select how to categorize leads that are generated from this particular block.
    • Block-Level Filters: You can set block-level filters for each custom option to ensure that they’re only visible to your target audience.

  • Click Save when you’re done.
  • Enable the module from the left to start displaying it in contact dashboards.

Your contacts will now start seeing this module in their dashboards. You can always come back and make further changes to it as required.
