How to add an individual contact
Aside from bulk importing contacts, an individual contact can be added to Fello Connect. Once added, you will be able to manage the contact, enroll them in Engage, request Instant Offers for the contact, and track activity.
Step 1:
Go to the Contacts tab and click Add Contact on the right side.
Step 2:
Add contact details when prompted, including first name, last name, email, phone number, and address.
Note: Either a valid email address or physical address is required to add contacts.
You will also be prompted to add the assigned agent to the contact (if there is one). If not, choose Unassigned. Click Save.
Step 3:
The contact has been added.
