      Zestimate by Zillow Integration

      Learn how to integrate with Zestimate by Zillow to view Zestimates within Fello. 

      This integration makes it easier to view the Zestimate of a property directly within the Property Details page in Fello, without needing to switch between apps.

      The Zestimate® home valuation model is Zillow’s estimate of a home’s market value. A Zestimate incorporates public, MLS and user-submitted data into Zillow’s proprietary formula, also taking into account home facts, location and market trends. Learn More


      Here’s how to set up the integration: 

      • Go to Settings > Integrations > Available Apps. 
      • Click Connect App next to Zestimate by Zillow.



      • Click Connect App again from the top-right corner.



      • Click Connect in the popup that appears. 



        You have now integrated with Zestimate by Zillow. 

      To view the Zestimate for a property: 

      • Go to the Contacts module.
      • Select a contact. 
      • Click on one of their properties from the right pane.



      • View the Zestimate from the Zestimate by Zillow card on the right.
