This integration makes it easier to view the Zestimate of a property directly within the Property Details page in Fello, without needing to switch between apps.
The Zestimate® home valuation model is Zillow’s estimate of a home’s market value. A Zestimate incorporates public, MLS and user-submitted data into Zillow’s proprietary formula, also taking into account home facts, location and market trends. Learn More
Here’s how to set up the integration:
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Available Apps.
- Click Connect App next to Zestimate by Zillow.
- Click Connect App again from the top-right corner.
- Click Connect in the popup that appears.
You have now integrated with Zestimate by Zillow.
To view the Zestimate for a property:
- Go to the Contacts module.
- Select a contact.
- Click on one of their properties from the right pane.
- View the Zestimate from the Zestimate by Zillow card on the right.
