Agent Signature
When the Agent Signature is chosen:
1. Digital Setup:
- Contacts assigned to an agent will receive marketing emails and view contact dashboards displaying the agent’s signature.
- For those contacts not assigned to any agent, they will continue to see the account signature.
2. Print Setup:
- The agent’s signature will appear on postcards and letters sent to contacts assigned to that agent.
- Contacts without an assigned agent will receive print materials featuring the account signature.
